Using the VOIP component

To use the VOIP component you must:

• Enable it during the configuration of the server using the TIMP.NET Wizard
• make sure that no firewall blocks UDP communications between the machine where TIMP.NET is installed and the clients
• make sure that TIMP.NET is associated to a public IP
• use TipicIM to establish VOIP Calls

Although the component is experimental, it can be used for VOIP trials in a production environment.
